Guide for authors

 If you wish to have your presentation published in the Conference Proceedings (and this option was checked in the online Registration Form), it is necessary to upload the manuscript on the conference website, in the format required by the editor (see Template), as soon as possible; the review process will take some time, due to the relatively high number of submitted material. The manuscript must be defined as “FULL PAPER” and a TOPIC must be selected. A HELP FILE where the upload procedure is explained in detail can be found here.

 Authors who do not intend to publish must upload an extended abstract (2 pages – free format) which will be available for the participants on the conference website.

The full-length papers will be submitted in MS WORD format, using the following Paper TEMPLATE.

ABSTRACT SUBMISION

A one page abstract (free format, with min. 300 words), in English, containing the paper title, the authors names and their affiliation, the keywords (3 to 5) and a short presentation of the paper should be submitted online. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results, and conclusions of the work, which will be presented in the full-length paper. Following the peer-review of abstracts, successful authors will be invited to submit a full paper (in English) and to present it within the Conference.

Full-length papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference in Acta Technica Napocensis - Series: APPLIED Mathematics, Mechanics, and Engineering. At least one of the (co)authors of each paper must be a registered participant to the conference and must present the paper.

The abstracts will be uploaded on the Conference website.

First, the corresponding author must create an account on the conference website page.

The corresponding author must then submit an abstract (.PDF or in MS Word format) on the conference website page.
