Conference FeesNEWS! Early bird period is extended until March 22, 2024
Payment of the participation fee is a prerequisite for conference participants (excluding sponsors, keynote speakers and invited participants). The conference fee can be paid uniquely by bank transfer (see below the bank coordinates) no later than April 10, 2024. The sender is required to pay all transfer fees. The participation fee covers: The entry to all Conference sessions. The conference bag. 4x coffee breaks during the conference. 2x lunch during the conference. The conference gala dinner. The post-conference trip will be organized on April 20, 2024 (departure 8:00 – estimated return 19:00). The option for the trip participation must be checked in the registration form. Note that a limited number of places are available for this trip. The trip fee covers the transport by bus, a snack package, a restaurant lunch, entrance to the salt mine, a visit (including wine tasting) at a renowned winery. Cancellations and Refunds Any refund request should be made directly to the organizing committee by email (rotrib24@sciencesconf.org). Cancellations will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee before April 10, 2024 (the date of the email for refund request). NO REFUNDS will be accepted after April 10, 2024.
